- Strength and Conditioning
Do you simply love boxing as a form of exercise? Come in and find out about our group classes, drills and other strength building programs.
- Master Class
Are you 55 years or older and want to exercise or workout at your own pace? Come join me and the other 55+ gang for a workout with no pressure. You can even design your own workout if you wish combining hitting, speed bag and jump rope. Put on a pair of gloves and let's get started.
- Children and youth
To keep our children safe during the COVID-19 Pandemic, our children's programs are temporarily unavailable.
